There's lots of talk about "family-friendly workplaces," but as Business and Professional Women, we're doing more than talking - we're taking action. We're taking the lead in defining what "family-friendly" really means. Together, we're mapping out practical ways to implement quality work policies that benefit each of us and our families while positively affecting the company's bottom line, focusing on:

  • Equal and fair pay issues
  • Flexible hours and parental leave
  • Policies for improved child care and elder care
  • Social Security Reform
