The Individual Development Program is a seminar series for personal and professional development for women. It is a 16 hour program that provides casual training and practice opportunities in public speaking, general communications and job performance skills. The program was developed by the Business and Professional Women/USA as a leadership tool to local organizations and members. Buffalo/Amherst BPW has partnered with the YWCA Tonawandas to present this training to the women of Western New York.
